[交流] 【Discussion】In your eyes ,which is more importent, results or process?

Today, my youger sister participated an jop interview,  although she  prepared this interview with all her endeavor, the results out of her minds! so she  fell very sad ,then I encouraged her and told that process is more importent than the results.
Just now I thinking seriously, and founld what i told to her is wrong in some cases. so i wonder your view ,which is more importent, results or process?

To tell the truth, though many say process is more important than the result, which I kind of agree, but in real life, if you cannot get a satisfying result, it is hard for you to truly enjoy the process!!
For your sister, the result of the interview is important. what she wants to get is the job, not just the "process lesson"...I understand...
