[交流] 【Discussion】In your eyes ,which is more importent, results or process?

Today, my youger sister participated an jop interview,  although she  prepared this interview with all her endeavor, the results out of her minds! so she  fell very sad ,then I encouraged her and told that process is more importent than the results.
Just now I thinking seriously, and founld what i told to her is wrong in some cases. so i wonder your view ,which is more importent, results or process?

I think this topic is interesting... You know, my major is physics, so I do really enjoy the process of learning of accepting a new theory or idea. of course, we also expect to get a reasonable result, but if you do not enjoy your process, you can hardly get a satisfied result. Try to be creative and careful, think twice before doing sth. , success will come spontaneously...

but we still feel disappointed when we can't make our dreams come true.
