catalysis letter 拒稿后能申诉么？ 已有5人参与

向catalysis letter投一篇催化脱硫的稿件，审稿后主编给拒了，但是两个审稿人的意见都是修改后接收阿，这种情况下申诉有用么？各位有经验的专家给个建议吧。另外，主编参考审稿人的意见说我的稿子原创性不强，但是两位审稿专家都没有提出这样的问题啊，是不是主编搞错稿件了？ 从审稿人意见看的话，最大就是大修，意见都不尖锐。 Dear Dr. xxx: Enclosed please find the comments of the reviewers on your manuscript entitled "xxx". They both recommend against publication of the manuscript in its present form. They find that the originality is not sufficently strong for Catalysis Letters and that there are a a number of additional peices of work that need to be done to make this acceptable. I must uphold the judgment of the referees and decline the publication of the paper in Catalysis Letters at this time. With best regards, Prof. Andrew Gellman Catalysis Letters gellman@cmu.edu Reviewer(s)' Comments to Author: Referee: 1 Comments to the Author The paper describes synthesis and characterization xxx with the application in HDS and HDN. The paper is of good quality with respect to preparation and characterization of catalysts. However there are some concern and these are follows: 1) xxx. 2) It would be useful if authors measure the dispersion of metals using H2 chemisorption technique. It is well known that this technique can provide valuable information regarding the active site density. In addition, activity of two catalysts should be also determined in terms of turnover number. 3) In order to determine the exact coordination of molybdenum species, authors should characterized catalysts using diffuse reflectance UV–visible Spectroscopy. In conclusion, the manuscript can be published, if authors address above concerns in their revised manuscript. Referee: 2 Comments to the Author In this manuscript, author explored xxx. Authors’ work has exhibited sufficient contribution in this field to publish in Catalysis Letter. After some revision as following problems, the manuscript should be accepted. 1. In the introduction part, authors may display the important difference between xxx to emphasize the importance of this work. 2. If the preparation of xxx followed the literature, authors should cite the references. 3. To verify the structure of catalyst, authors have to provide the data of textural properties of xxx in table 2. 4. Author should also give the standard deviations of xxx. |
