[交流] 求助一封信中红色的一句话的翻译，要求到位，不到位不给金币

Dear Mohamed.

I hope this message finds you well.

After several internal discussions in 上海 and Vienna I am very happy to inform you that I have “green light” from our President Mr. Zheng hong
to proceed with our project in Sudan.
The JV CFEOC BDBV empowered me to sign all relevant contracts regarding the Cottonseed Project in the name of the JV.
The only exemption is the payment method so called “financial instruments”. This part has to be specified during the next meetings.

Because we do not want to miss the next harvest in 2012, I would suggest that we urgently meet in Dubai to sign all relevant contracts for a successful project implementation.

Please advise our friend Taha to coordinate a meeting with Michael.
