因为医院演讲要，请帮忙把下面一段翻译成英文：谢谢 护理情景剧：他为啥放弃治疗？ 我叫吴桐，来自xxx医院，今天我给大家带来的护理情景剧《他为啥放弃治疗？》 时间：上午九点 人物：吴护士 夏护士 病人 李兴 地点：临床心理科病房 场景介绍：(病人)李兴拔掉了自己的输液，坐在床上( 边)流泪，护士正在巡视时发现。 夏护士：怎么啦？李兴，你把输液针头拔啦？（护士一边说，一边夹紧输液皮条）来，给我看看（输液处）输液管 病人：（推开护士的手）不要管我，我不想治（疗）了，死了算了。（病人大声哭泣、摇头） 吴护士：这是一位刚刚入院第三天的抑郁症患者，叫李兴，大学文化，因两个月前出现自责、少语、饮食差，早醒而首次住院。入院后表现主动言语少，唉声叹气，自我评价低，不愿意配合治疗。这不他刚把护士为其输上的液体给拔了，夏护士正在给予心理干预。 夏护士：李兴，你忘了，昨天主任查房不是跟你说，你年轻，第一次起病，病程又短，告诉你只要配合治疗，你的病是能够治愈的，你还跟主任保证要积极配合治疗的，不是吗？ 病人：看好了也没用，我是一个废人，活着有什么意思，何必浪费时间和金钱。 夏护士：不能这样说，你的父母要是听见了多伤心呀，他们在农村辛辛苦苦培养一位大学生多不容易！ 病人：（抬头看了护士一眼，又将头低下） 夏护士：我理解你现在的心情，你能否把你心中的痛苦告诉我，好吗？我来帮帮你。 病人：（抬起头，用怀疑的目光看着护士）我的病能好吗？ 夏护士：能，一定能。姐在这里工作多年，不知护理过多少像你这样的病人，最后他们都能自信地走出医院，开始新的生活。前几天，我就遇到一位和你差不多年龄和病情的病人。。。 吴护士：护士正在耐心的与患者沟通、交流。提起抑郁症，大家一定不会很陌生，经常会有新闻媒体报道名人、歌星不明原因的自杀，实际上他们中大多数有不同程度的情绪抑郁，自我评价低，兴趣减少，甚至未意识到自己有病而延误治疗，以至于选择结束自己的生命。因此开展抑郁症科普知识的宣传，预防患者自杀，避免给家庭和社会造成的伤害和影响，已成为社会关注的课题之一。对于此类患者一定要给予更多的理解、关心和支持，注意调整好他们的情绪，纠正不客观的自我评价，重塑对生活的自信，以一种积极的心态对待疾病至关重要。 |
