昨天投稿的，今天回消息如下：
Thank you for submitting your paper to Electrochemistry Communications.

As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees' comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening.

I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications.

这是说我的URGENT statement 写的不好，还是只我整体文章不行，我可以重写URGENT statement 在投一次吗？

刚刚投了EC，结果与你类似。
个人感觉没有重新写Urgency Statement 的必要了，问题出在第一次的这个东西没有得到编辑的认可，现在重新写也不会改变编辑的想法了。
个人意见，仅供参考。
