【摘要】随着职业教育的迅猛发展，招生规模不断扩大，各个高职院校也都引进了大批刚刚走出校门的大学毕业生加入到了教师队伍当中。对于这批青年教师的培养是否得当，在一定程度上会影响到学校未来的建设和发展。本文试图从青年教师普遍存在的问题进行探析，就如何解次这些问题以完成他们的角色转换，使之成为合格的人民教师提出了几点建议。 【关键词】高职；新入职；青年教师；培养 |

| With the rapid development of professional education ,enrollment pxpanded ,a large number of college graduates just out of school were introduced as the terchers by all the vocational colleges.To a certain extent , the future construction and development of the school will be affected by the young teachers cultivated appropriate or not .In this paper ,the problems of young teachers'prevalence were tried to analysis , and some suggestions were proposed about how to solve these problems to complete their roles changing and become the qualified teachers. |

不好意思，这是lz自己写的文章吗？如果想发表的话，先把汉语搞通顺吧，看着这三句话中错误连篇，我实在是不忍心翻译了。。。 1、各个高职院校也都引进了大批刚刚走出校门的大学毕业生加入到了教师队伍当中。 这个句子是个病句，要么是：各个高职院校也都引进了大批刚刚走出校门的大学毕业生，要么是：大批刚刚走出校门的大学毕业生加入到了教师队伍当中。 或者把它拆成两句。 2、对于这批青年教师的培养是否得当，在一定程度上会影响到学校未来的建设和发展。 这个没有主语。把“对于”二字去掉。如果非得要“对于”的话，那就是：对于XXX现象，某某某怎么怎么样，这才是通顺的。 3、本文试图从青年教师普遍存在的问题进行探析。 这个句子其实也不怎么通顺，读起来别扭。最好写成试图从XXX问题入手进行探析，或者是对XXX问题进行探析。 本来大家平时说话不用这么咬文嚼字，否则也太迂腐了。但是既然是写文章，就不可不查，况且还要翻译成外文，所以最好把话写通顺。 哎，现在的高等教育，都去搞英语了，忽视了自己的母语。。。。 说话过分的地方，望楼主见谅！！！ |
