With the rapid development of professional education ,enrollment pxpanded ,a large number of college graduates just out of school were introduced as the terchers by all the vocational colleges.To a certain extent , the future construction and development of the school will be affected by the young teachers cultivated appropriate or not .In this paper ,the problems of young teachers'prevalence were tried to analysis , and some suggestions were proposed about how to solve these problems to complete their roles changing and become the qualified teachers. |
