费了好大周折，一篇文章以technical note投稿SCI杂志，几乎被接受了，最后一次修改，编辑只提了一些小的编辑上的修改，并且说不用送审了，但是，说字数超过了technical note的3500字，我觉得字数较多，在投修改稿时候按照technical paper投了，结果，没想到，编辑给出了这样的Decision：
Editor decision was "revise for re-review as technical note". However, authors resubmitted this manuscript as technical paper for the second time. Therefore, this manuscript is declined.
请教有经验的虫友，我该怎么办呀？？给编辑写封信解释一下，希望再给次机会，重新以technical note修改稿递交行么？哪位虫友有这种信件的模板吗？
