前面“Kindly inform us if you have paid the handling fees ”意思是“支付版面费后，请通知我们”；后面“with a confirmation receipt”是不是问我们需不需要发票？请虫虫们帮忙看什么意思？再说即使邮寄版面费我现在也不知多少版面费，也不知邮寄地址，也不知通过什么方式邮寄。
