[交流] 求助2句英文翻译

第一句：In order to determination of lamivudine and its
related substances by HPLC and study the structure-activity relationships of oxathiolanyl
nucleosides as potential anti-virus agents, the synthesis geometrical isomer cis-(±) 1 and
trans-(±) 2 of lamivudine was needed.

第二句：The mixture was separated by silica gel column chromatography
using EtOAc/MeOH (50:1) as eluant to achieved 8 in 58% yield as the slow moving
component7 and 9 in 25% yield as the fast moving product8 (Lit.5 8 and 9 combined yield
55.3%). Deprotection of 8 and 9 using NH4OH in EtOH at room temperation produced
the desired cis-(±) 19 and trans-(±) 210 in 84.7% and 92.5% yield, respectively.

混合物在硅胶柱层析（洗脱剂：EtOAc/MeOH (50:1)）洗脱下得到化合物8（产率58%），而后洗脱下来的7和9产率为25%，先洗脱下来的产物为8（8和9总产率为55.3%）。8和9在NH4OH的EtOH溶液中室温脱保得到所需的cis-(±) 19（产率为84.7%） 以及 trans-(±) 210（产率为92.5%）

In order to（个人觉得这个句子由错误，应该用FOR） determination of lamivudine and its
related substances by HPLC and study the structure-activity relationships of oxathiolanyl
nucleosides as potential anti-virus agents, the synthesis geometrical isomer cis-(±) 1 and
trans-(±) 2 of lamivudine was needed.
为了通过HPLC检测拉米夫定及与此相关的物质以及研究氧硫杂环戊基核苷作为抗病毒药剂的构效关系（SAR），我们需要合成拉米夫定的正式同分异构体。

2.混合物通过硅胶层析分离，用EtOAc/MeOH (50:1)作为洗脱剂得到产率58%的低流动组分8以及产率25%的快流动组分7和9（8和9一起的得率为55.3%）。通过NH4OH和EtOH在室温下脱洗得到8和9，反式异构体19和正式异构体210的得率分布为84.7%和92.5%。
