第一句：
The mechanical behaviors of metallic material are largely affected by the defects, such as dislocation and grain boundary, closely related to the atomic structure。
翻译：与原子结构密切相关的缺陷，如位错和晶界，极大的影响金属材料的力学行为。

第二句：
In coarse-grained metals, plastic deformation is mainly carried by dislocations—line defects of the regular crystal lattice—within the individual grains. Dislocations can move through the crystal grains and can interact with each other. Grain boundaries often hinder their transmission, creating a dislocation pile-up at the boundary and thereby making the material harder to deform.
翻译：在大晶粒组成的金属中，塑性变形主要由单个晶粒中的位错来实现。位错能通过晶粒移动，并彼此相互作用。晶界通常阻碍晶粒运动和在晶界处产生位错缠结，使得材料很难变形。
