[交流] 求三句英语翻译

以牛的抗菌肽(Indolicidin)序列为模板,设计出具有抗菌活性新型抗菌肽NK-16。根据氨基酸序列和E.coli偏爱密码子,反向翻译设计并合成四段碱基序列。利用Overlapping PCR技术,获得三串联目的基因并成功克隆入pET 30a(+)载体中。经ITPG诱导获得大量表达,目的蛋白纯化酶切后仍具有抗菌活性,为抗菌肽的原核高效表达奠定了基础。

A new type of antimicrobial peptide of NK-16 was designed by taking bovine antimicrobial peptide (Indolicidin) sequence as a template. Based on amino acid sequence and E.coli preferred codons, 4 base sequences were designed through reverse translation and synthesized thereby. Overlapping PCR technique was used to obtain three series of target gene and clon into pET 30a (+) vector. A large number of aimed protein was got through ITPG induced expression and it’s antibacterial activity maintained after purification and enzyme digestion. This laid the groundwork of the prokaryotic expression of antimicrobial peptides.
