这是编辑的原话，能麻烦您帮我看看到底是什么意思吗 It is requested that the enclosed Declaration Form be filled in and sent back by post only along with a hard copy of the manuscript (ifnot already sent) ; the processingshall commence after the receipt of the hard copy of the duly signed Declaration Form. Also kindly send us list of Referees along with DeclarationForm and a soft copy of the manuscript (if not already sent) |
