各路高手帮我看看这个A类错误是怎么回事。

我在检测时候本来都没有错误了，但是在写CIF文件时候在最后氢键数据上写了yes 就出现了好多错误

你实在想加yes的话，得有yes这一列的相应解释，也就是在
loop_
_geom_hbond_atom_site_label_D
_geom_hbond_atom_site_label_H
_geom_hbond_atom_site_label_A
_geom_hbond_distance_DH
_geom_hbond_distance_HA
_geom_hbond_distance_DA
_geom_hbond_angle_DHA
_geom_hbond_site_symmetry_A

的下面再添加一行：_geom_hbond_publ_flag
添加这一行后再在氢键后面加yes就可以了，试一下。

后面的氢键加上yes
就没法check cif
