关于PH影响酶活的两句话，汉译英

pH的微小变化，会影响酶活性部位的基团解离状态，从而影响酶的活性。极端PH会使维护酶三维结构的许多非共价键受到干扰，导致酶蛋白自身的变性。 thank you~ |
