本文以皂苷溶液吸光度为指标,采用单因素实验法考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数、提取温度等因素对皂苷提取效果的影响,通过正交实验确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明皂苷的最佳提取工艺为60℃水浴,料液比1:40,每次3h,提取4次。按照最佳工艺条件所得皂苷平均产率为1.77%,表明此最佳工艺可用于皂苷的提取。

With the absorbency of saponin solution as index, the influence of important parameters on the abstraction of saponins were investigated by the single factor method,  such as aqueous ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio, abstracted time, abstracted temperature, and the optimal parameters were determined by orthogonal experiment designing. The results shown that optimal parameters were water bath temperature of 60℃, solid to liquid ratio of 1:40, total absorbing 4 times with the interval of 3h. The corresponding yield of saponins is 1.77%, indicating that the optimal process is fit for production of saponins.
