这是模糊地段，有的地方有地雷，有的没有。没有学术不轨的思想（会议是交流，你不是想重复发表），试一试（问问期刊，期刊可以再问问会议）。 Elsevier英文文章，拿到会议交流，实际上是可以的。 http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... me/rightsasanauthor WHAT RIGHTS DO I RETAIN AS AN AUTHOR? As an author, you retain rights for a large number of author uses, including use by your employing institute or company. These rights are retained and permitted without the need to obtain specific permission from Elsevier.
