As shown in the Impedance-Bode schematic, the curve moved towards higher impedance after modification, indicating that N-TiO2 had a higher impedance provieded the frequence is the same. It is shown in Phase-Bode shematic that the phase approached 90 degree in a wider range after modification, and the rising phase curve revealed the decline of capacity as well as increasement of resistance. The film functioned as a insulating layer with large resistance and little capacity. It's due to the effect that N-TiO2 preventing the eroding dielectric from penetrating into the stainless steel substrate, thus protecting the substrate perfectly. |
