| 从阻抗Bode图可以看出, N-TiO2改性后,曲线表现出向高阻方向移动,表明在同一频率下, N-TiO2膜层的阻抗值更高。从相角Bode图可以看出, N-TiO2改性后,相位角在更宽的范围内接近90°,相位角曲线上升,说明了膜层电容值的减小及电阻值的增大,膜层相当一个电阻值很大,电容值很小的绝缘层[5]。这是由于N-TiO2膜层增加了腐蚀介质渗入不锈钢基体的难度,更有效地抑制了腐蚀反应,从而能很好地保护不锈钢基体。 |

| As shown in the Impedance-Bode schematic, the curve moved towards higher impedance after modification, indicating that N-TiO2 had a higher impedance provieded the frequence is the same. It is shown in Phase-Bode shematic that the phase approached 90 degree in a wider range after modification, and the rising phase curve revealed the decline of capacity as well as increasement of resistance. The film functioned as a insulating layer with large resistance and little capacity. It's due to the effect that N-TiO2 preventing the eroding dielectric from penetrating into the stainless steel substrate, thus protecting the substrate perfectly. |
