XXXX大学中央高校基本科研业务费资助重点项目 Key projects supported by the national university basic scientific research fund, XXXX University. 这里“中央”实际上是“中央级”，其本意是XX方面的“国家队”，即national。基本科研业务费对很多中央级科研单位都有。 |
