[交流] 【求助】请教dls问题

小虫有个问题想请教一下,希望不吝赐教。
最近有篇文章编辑提出的问题是:The results from dynamic light scattering showed two peaks, from 50 to 100 nm, and
then from 120 to 350 nm. I am not sure how the authors derived the spectra, and what
mathematical routine was used to transform the correlation function into distribution
function. It would be great if the authors analyzed data from various scattering angles (as
it was stated that a 12 angle detector system was used. The author should check the q2
dependence (q is the scattering vector) of the relaxation rate, so as to confirm that the
scattering objects are indeed diffusive!
我原文中写的关于DLS的参数是:DLS measurements were carried out
with a Wyatt QELS Technology DAWN HELEOS instrument poised at room temperature by
using a 12-angle replaced detector in a scintillation vial and a 50 mW solid-state laser (λ=658.0
nm). All solutions for DLS were filtered through a 0.45 μm filter before detection.
我想请问一下 对于他的质疑  我应该从哪个角度说好呢?说什么好呢?我不是很懂,真是非常谢谢!最近因为这个都要急死了 谢谢!

不同的仪器,检测角度不一样.应该是有团聚

stred(金币+1):谢谢了 我测了tem 和sem 发现后面的峰应该确实是粒子本身的尺寸分布 2010-10-24 15:42:50
俺也不太懂。字面上看,让你检测不同q值下的结果。12度的问题,不太了解,仪器也不一样,可能原理不同?我的DLS,ELS-8000, 用的90度,一直没注意过角度问题呢。至于峰,单一材料的话,后面的峰应该是基本粒子的团聚造成的吧。
