通过辅料配比实验，确定香砂养胃软胶囊的处方，将提取后浸膏与辅料制成混悬状的软胶囊内容物，压成软胶囊。每粒含厚朴酚、和厚朴酚总量不少于1.0mg。以明胶与甘油比例、水与明胶比例、熔胶温度为考察因素，进行正交试验，确定软胶囊囊壳最佳组成为明胶:甘油:水=2:1:2,熔胶温度为70℃。 利用TLC法对砂仁、广藿香、陈皮和枳实进行定性鉴别。采用HPLC法测定制剂中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量，应用外标法法，建立了厚朴酚、和厚朴酚线性方程，厚朴酚RSD=0.38% , 平均回收率=98.04% ；和厚朴酚RSD=1.41% , 平均回收率=99.00%。本法简单可行、方法重现性好，可以作为香砂养胃软胶囊质量控制方法。 对三批样品进行了加速稳定性和长期稳定性试验，稳定性良好。 总之，通过对香砂养胃软胶囊进行的制备工艺、质量标准和稳定性研究，优选出了合理的制剂成型工艺,建立了有效的质量控制方法,提高了产品的稳定性,为该制剂的生产提供了理论和实验依据。 以下是不恰当的英文，请前辈帮忙修正： Through the supplementary material allocated proportion experiment, to determine the prescription of Xiangshayangwei soft capsule, compress the suspension which is made from extraction and auxiliary materials into soft capsules. Using the TLC method as qualitative identification to identify Fructus Amomi, Herba Pogostemonis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Citrus Aurantium. Using the HPLC method to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol, establishing the linear equations of magnolol and honokiol through external standard method, magnolol RSD 0.38%, average recovery 98.04%; honokiol RSD 1.41%, average recovery 99.00%. The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used as the quality control of Xiangshayangwei soft capsule. Has carried on the acceleration stability experiment and the long-term stability experiment to the three batches of samples, the stability is good. In brief, through the study of preparation, quality standard and stability of Xiangshayangwei soft capsule, the reasonable formulation molding process has been optimized, the effective quality control method has been established, the product stability has been improved, all these have provided the theoretical and experimental basis for preparation of the production. |

Proportioning experiments of supplementary materials are conducted in order to determine the prescription of Xiangshayangwei soft capsules. The soft capsules are manufactured by encapsulating the suspension that is made of the extracted and auxiliary materials. Each capsule contains a total mass of magnolol and honokiol not less than 1.0 mg. In order to determine the optimal composition for capsule shells, orthogonal tests are carried out to explore the effects of the ratio of gelatin to glycerin, the ratio of water to gelatin, and the melt temperature. The observed optimal composition is: gelatin:glycerin:water = 2:1:2, with a melt temperature of 70 deg C. TLC technique is utilized to identify qualitatively the Fructus Amomi, Herba Pogostemonis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, and Citrus Aurantium. Moreover, the HPLC technique is used to measure the magnolol and honokiol and linear equations of magnolol and honokiol are proposed by using the external standard method. xxxxxx. It is shown that this method is simple and reproducible, that can be used as a quality control route for xxx capsules. Stability is well exhibited by performing both accelerated and long-term stability tests on three batchs of samples. In sum, in this study the preparation technique of xxx capsules has been optimized and an effective quality control method has been proposed as well. By doing so, the stability of the product has been shown to be improved, which provides a theoretical and experimental guide for large-scale manufacturing. |
