通过辅料配比实验，确定香砂养胃软胶囊的处方，将提取后浸膏与辅料制成混悬状的软胶囊内容物，压成软胶囊。每粒含厚朴酚、和厚朴酚总量不少于1.0mg。以明胶与甘油比例、水与明胶比例、熔胶温度为考察因素，进行正交试验，确定软胶囊囊壳最佳组成为明胶:甘油:水=2:1:2,熔胶温度为70℃。
利用TLC法对砂仁、广藿香、陈皮和枳实进行定性鉴别。采用HPLC法测定制剂中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量，应用外标法法，建立了厚朴酚、和厚朴酚线性方程，厚朴酚RSD=0.38% , 平均回收率=98.04% ；和厚朴酚RSD=1.41% , 平均回收率=99.00%。本法简单可行、方法重现性好，可以作为香砂养胃软胶囊质量控制方法。
对三批样品进行了加速稳定性和长期稳定性试验，稳定性良好。
总之，通过对香砂养胃软胶囊进行的制备工艺、质量标准和稳定性研究，优选出了合理的制剂成型工艺,建立了有效的质量控制方法,提高了产品的稳定性,为该制剂的生产提供了理论和实验依据。

The ratio of gelatin and glycerin, water and gelatin in the proportion of melt temperature for the investigated factors, the orthogonal test. Take the proportion of gelatin and glycerine , the proportion of water and gelatin, the melt temperature as the inspection factors, carries on the orthogonal test to determine the best form of soft capsule gelatin capsule shell: glycerol: water = 2:1:2, melt temperature 70℃.
Using the TLC method as qualitative identification to identify Fructus Amomi, Herba Pogostemonis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Citrus Aurantium. Using the HPLC method to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol, establishing the linear equations of magnolol and honokiol through external standard method, magnolol RSD 0.38%, average recovery 98.04%; honokiol RSD 1.41%, average recovery 99.00%. The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used as the quality control of Xiangshayangwei soft capsule.
Has carried on the acceleration stability experiment and the long-term stability experiment to the three batches of samples, the stability is good.
In brief, through the study of preparation, quality standard and stability of Xiangshayangwei soft capsule, the reasonable formulation molding process has been optimized, the effective quality control method has been established, the product stability has been improved, all these have provided the theoretical and experimental basis for preparation of the production.
