[交流] 【Original】who do you know this sentence?

On the first point ,if a system increases fold separation by adopting inclined lamellae as in polyethylene surface stress due to fold congestion is evidently more of a factor than when lamellae are always perpendicular as in isotactic polypropylene.
It is too hard to understand this sentence for me. Who can help me?

you know,it is rare to meet it. maybe i know this main meaning,but this sentence is so strong for me. it make me unpleasant.
