Surface & Coatings Technology 小修还是大修？？？？已有1人参与

6月底投了一篇Surface & Coatings Technology ，前几天刚刚回复了结果，如下。 Reviewers have now commented on your paper. You will see that they are advising that you revise your manuscript. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision. You are expected to return your Revision by 20 Dec 2010. Is the subject matter suitable for publication in SURFACE AND COATINGS TECHNOLOGY? Yes, once the corrections/clarifications are made. 2. What technological problems are addressed in the paper? Oxidation control in steel . 3. Is the paper acceptable in its present form? with minor revision? ??????????????? 4. Is it a new and original contribution? Yes 5. Does it contain material that might well be omitted? If so, what? No 6. Is it clearly presented and well organized? See comments above. 7. Does it give adequate references related to work? Yes 8. Is the English satisfactory? No, corrections need to be made. 9. Are the illustrations and tables all necessary and adequate? Yes 10. Is the summary adequate and informative? Yes 11. Are the conclusions sound and justified? 12. Please list further comments or specific suggestions below: I found that the work was interesting and potentially useful to ********. In general, the manuscript suffers from a number of typographical/grammatical errors which need to be corrected. I have indicated these in red on the scanned manuscript. Specifically, at the top of page 7, mention is made of a particle size distribution in the slurry, but no specific numbers are given. The manuscript would benefit by their inclusion. Equation 1 on page 6 needs a reference. Finally, more details need to be provided on page 9 when talking about the formation of ***** ------------------------------------------------ 审稿人真的很好，直接给的扫描版，上面把一些语法的错误都标出来还帮忙改了。 审稿人给了一个"minor revision?", 而投稿页面显示的却是"major revision", 好像审稿人挺感兴趣的，而主编的兴趣却没那么大。 现向有经验的虫友求助，难道真的要大修吗？？？这篇文章接受的概率大不大？ 希望虫友们多多指点，这篇文章关系着洒家的毕业大计啊 [ Last edited by doha on 2010-9-25 at 17:56 ] 昨天 Allan Matthews 发来邮件，经过小修后文章接受了，哈哈。 真的像虫友们说的那样，认真修改，肯定接受 [ Last edited by doha on 2010-12-22 at 11:14 ] |
