写修改信时要把reviewer的意见原样粘上，然后一一回复吗？

1）写修改信，要把reviewer的意见一字不落的粘上，然后每个修改意见后另起一行，写我的change？这样会不会觉得很乱？ 2）另外说我英文不好，我该如何回复？请给个范例呀，我英文真不好！ |
