[交流] 帮忙看一段话的语法

The acetonitrile-water system has received considerable attention during the last decade from both the theoretical and experimental points of viewas a very important model for understanding binary mixtures leading to powerful solvents with applications in chemistry and environment studies [1-3]. A more detailed understanding of the acetonitrile-water interaction should consider the important hydrogen-bond interaction. Moreover, the hydrogen bond is a promising topic in physics, chemistry and biology [4-11].
For the hydrogen-bonded complexes whose formation and cleavage of such complexes occurs rapidly, vibrational spectroscopy such as IR and Raman are ideally suited to detect hydrogen bond because they cover both structural and dynamic aspects.[12] Whereas the wavenumber position of a vibrational band relates to the corresponding internuclear force constants, is dependent on electronic structure and bonding, the line width contains information about molecular dynamics. As compared to IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy can reveal additional information from a line width analysis.[4] Therefore,Raman spectroscopic studies provide an important tool for qualitative study of solute-solvent interactions.

个人感觉这句话不大合适,consider的主语应该是人,不应该是A more detailed understanding, The important hydrogen-bond interaction should be considered as a more detailed understanding of the acetonitrile-water interaction.或者 A more detailed understanding of the acetonitrile-water interaction should be the important hydrogen-bond interaction
