氟单独染毒组大鼠氟斑牙症状明显。与溶剂对照组相比，氟单独染毒组大鼠肝脏中GSH-Px、SOD活力降低，MDA含量升高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；高浓度硒单独染毒组SOD活力降低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Most of the rats which received fluoride single exposure (Group x) showed obvious symptoms of dental fluorosis. Compared with the control group, the activities of GSH-Px, SOD in livers of the rats from the single exposure group decreased, while the MDA content increased. For the high concentration selenium single exposure group, the SOD activity is reduced. All of the measurements in the current study have a statistically significant value of less than 0.05 (or better). |
