本研究以实验室已构建的带有β-半乳糖苷酶（LacZ）报告基因并缺失MDV双拷贝Meq基因的四川省眉山毒株（rMS△Meq）为亲本病毒，通过同源重组的方法构建了缺失mdv-miR-M9、-M5、-M12的四川省眉山地区的MDV ，命名为rMS△miR9-12，用PCR方法和测序方法进行鉴定，证明此病毒的mdv1-miR-M9至mdv1-miR-M12编码的基因已缺失，并将亲本病毒缺失的Meq基因已补齐。 因为是摘要，尽量使用被动语态，不要出现we等词 |

This research laboratories have to build a β-lacz report and missing genetic copies of the gene pair meq mdv meishan, sichuan province of the rms △meq Qinben virus for the necessary restructuring of the way to build the missing mdv - - and - mir m9 m5 m12 meishan, and provincial areas of the rms mdv, named △ mir9 -12, pcr method and order means that the identification of the virus mir mdv1 - - - - mdv1 m9 to the mir m12 of genes is missing and Qinben virus meq genes are the missing piece.
