急需伟创力供应商审核表 要中文的 最好中英对照！谢谢！ Risk Management Plans - Does the organization have in place a documented Risk Management Plan that identifies the level of risk that could impact upon the Design & Development and how the risk is being managed and reduced? Is the Risk Plan regularly reviewed and records kept of the review? Migration Planning - Does the organization have in place documented plans to migrate system, hardware/software product from an old to a new operational environment to ensure they interact as designed? The migration plans would include requirements analysis and definition of migration, development of migration tools, conversion of product and data, migration execution, migration verification and support for the old environment in the future. |
