| Abstract: Resveratrol (3,4¡¯,5-trihydroxy-toluylene) as polyphenol compounds is a phytoalexin that mainly exists in 70 species of plants in nature which included polygonum cuspidatum, peanut, grape, lily, mulberry and other. Recently, the study found that resveratrol plays a physiological function in antibiotic, antitumor, antithrombotic, antioxidation, regulating blood lipid and the protection of the liver, which results that it becomes the focus of people's attention. However, the limited sources of natural resveratrol as well as its water-insoluble, optothermall-reactivity, poor chemical stability and oxidative decomposition restrict its application. So that the study of its synthetic method, quality standard and synthesis economical problem of crucial importance. In this paper, resveratrol is synthesized using 3,4-dimethoxy-phemethylolas raw material by bromination, Arbuzov rearrangement, wittig-horner condensation and demethylation. Based on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition) and preparation technology, the corresponding quality standards were built. In addition, based on its chemical properties, proper resveratrol nano-emulsion was prepared, and the optimal preparation process was screened out. |
