Using pl-amp as the template, adearein protease was added to the peptide C terminus in order to link cut sites together, according to the preferring codon of colibacillus, mature series antimicrobial peptides designed was backward translated and synthetized, then the synthetic gene was cloned into PET30a (+) vector to construct the recombinant colibacillus expression vector PET30a (+)-pa,by enzyme cutting analysis and PCR, the results showed that carrier construction succeeded, and the right construction of PET30a(+)-pa laid the foundation of the source problem for the antibacterial peptide.

The cow with NCBI published antibacterial peptides (pl) as a template, amp - in the c-terminal peptide add adearein protease, s. e. coli connection to the preference anticodon, translating and synthetic design mature series antimicrobial peptides synthesis, will the gene cloning into PET30a (+) carrier construction restructuring escherichia coli expression vector PET30a (+) - pa, the proof of PCR analysis and cut the carrier construction success, PET30a (+) - the right to build, pa antibacterial peptides laid the foundation of the problem.
