| 以NCBI发表的牛抗菌肽（pl-amp）为模板，在多肽C端添加adearein蛋白酶切位点串联起来，根据大肠杆菌的偏好密码子，反向翻译并合成设计后的成熟串联抗菌肽基，将合成的基因克隆入PET30a(+)载体中构建重组大肠杆菌表达载体PET30a(+)-pa,经酶切分析和PCR证明载体构建成功，PET30a(+)-pa的正确构建，为抗菌肽的来源问题奠定了基础。 |
