Four independent variables (ratio of water to raw material, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, and ultrasonic temperature) were considered. Statistical analysis of the experiment indicated that the quadratic model fitted for the extraction conditions of FVP was in good agreement with the experimental results. A yield of FVP of 39.215% was obtain under the modified conditions (ratio of water to material 24 mL/g, ultrasonic power of 410 W, ultrasonic time of 25 min, and ultrasonic temperature of 35¡ãC). DPPH scavenging rate of 82.12% and AChE inhibitory rate of 18.51% obtained at 0.02g/mL in DPPH scavenging assay and AChE inhibitory activity test indicated a good potential of FVP to enhance cognitive ability. |
