在初始阶段,当晶粒在长大过程中遇到第二相粒子时,晶粒边界被第二相粒子钉扎,所有粒子位于晶界处随着晶粒不断长大,少数晶粒的晶界能够摆脱第二相粒子的钉扎。随着晶粒的演化,晶界逐渐平直,其摆脱第二相粒子钉扎的驱动力也变得越来越弱。所以,在最终得到的微观组织中,大多数第二相粒子仍位于晶界处,晶界均呈平直形。

翻译:
    In an early stage all particles are located at grain boundary, which can escape from some of the particles during grain growth, but easily become straight and therefore lack the driving pressure to pass the particles. Consequently, most of the particles are still located at GB in the final microstructure, with all grain boundaries straight.

At the initial stage of grain growth, if a grain comes across a second-phase particle, its grain boundary is pinned and the particles located at the grain boundary will grow with the grain while a few grains can escape from the pin of second-phase particle. With the evolvement of the grain, the grain boundary will be gradually straightened with smaller and smaller driving pressure for passing the crystalline particles. Consequently, most of the particles are still located at GB in the finally-gained microstructure, with all grain boundaries being straight.
