【请教】请教一下SAME命令的使用.已有3人参与

请教一下,下面网址的这个例子中,这句话是什么意思: SAME makes the 1,2- and 1,3-distances equivalent (start two atoms earlier to catch all possible 1,3-distances; make sure that the atoms are all in the right order!). 1,2-和1,3-distances是指哪个? 怎么还提前两个原子? 那这SAME命令到底限制了谁和谁的距离相同? 谢谢了. http://shelx.uni-ac.gwdg.de/~peterm/tutorial/do-ga.htm |

比如N-C-O结构，N...O距离是1,3；N-C和C-O是1,2 1,3和1,2距离同时固定后，键长键角也就同时固定了 start two atoms是same列表里的头2个原子 [ Last edited by hao_jian on 2010-6-25 at 12:30 ] |
