The study focuses on the influence of curing agentss on solar cell back-membrane and strength of divestment of EVA.
2、介绍了太阳能电池背膜的生产工艺,重点分析了涂覆法的工艺流程及其含氟涂料、溶剂、粘结剂和固化剂及填料等不同成分的功能及其相关材料性能的优劣。
Production process of solar cells back-membrane is introduced, as well as analysis of the coating method. The function and properties of different materials are shown, such as dope containing Fl, solvent, adhesives and solidify solvent.
3、本次研究主要考察掺有不同固化剂的涂覆材料制成的太阳能电池背膜和EVA胶之间的粘结力,通过剥离强度实验对其进行考察。
This research mainly studies solar cell back-membrane with different coating materials and cohesive forces among EVA by divestment experiments.
