对热心帮忙者均感谢金币3个以上，我认为翻译质量较好的虫友感谢30个金币。谢谢大家！ 独一味为传统藏药，其制剂主要用于用于多种外科手术后的刀口疼痛、出血，外伤骨折，筋骨扭伤。风湿痹痛以及崩漏、痛经、牙龈肿痛、出血等。（2005版药典）。独一味药材及制剂以前质量控制采用以木犀草素为指标，但木犀草素缺乏专属性，现有资料表明独一味止血的有效部位为环烯醚萜类化学物，8-O-乙酰山酯苷甲酯是环烯醚萜类化合物中含量较高的化合物之一，又由于该化合物具有较强的专属性。2010版药典把8－O－乙酰山酯苷甲酯作为质量控制的指标之一，为了论证其合理性和为临床用药提供参考，我们对其进行了临床前药动学研究。 |

| Lamiophlomis rotata Kudo，a traditional Tibetan medicine, its pharmaceutical preparation is mainly used for treating pain and bleeding after a variety of surgical incisions, trauma fractures, bones, muscles hurt, rheumatism and paralysis, uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea, gingival swelling, as well as bleeding. (Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition). Previously, luteolin was used as an index in the quality control of Kudo medicinal materials and preparations, however, luteolin is of low specificity. The existing data indicates that the effective components of Kudo for haemostasis is iridoid terpene chemicals, while 8-O-acetyl ester Hill methylester is a compound of this series with higher levels of content, also with strong specificity. Just for this reason, Hill 8-O-acetyl ester methylester has been selected as an indicator of quality control in Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition. In order to demonstrate legitimacy of this method and provide a reference for clinical medication, its pre-clinical pharmacokinetic study was carried out in this thesis. |
