这一段是在看不懂了 只好来求助了 Serial 10-fold dilutions of GI and GII reference strains were amplified in triplicate and in parallel.The dilution curveswere linear over 5 and 6 orders of magnitude for the GI and GII real time assays,respectively.The slopes and the regression coefficients indicated good amplification efficiency.Fig.1 shows that the S35 strain titer was 10-fold higher than the Norwalk strain titer,but both were detected at 1 RT-PCR unit by the real-time RT-PCR assays with a mean Ct value of 42.4 and 40.1,respectively.They were both negative at the 0.1 RT-PCR U.The reproducibility was evaluated by testing serial dilutions of the positive control on ten separate runs.For the Norwalk strain,the variability was 2.8%for detection of 10 RT-PCR U(Ct values from 37.62 to 38.71)and for the GII S35 strain,the variability was 2.4%for detection of 10 RT-PCR U(Ct values from 38.84 to 39.79). |
