| 摘要:为了探讨鹿茸对肝损伤小鼠肝脏蛋白合成贮备功能的影响,本研究建立小鼠CCl4及APAP两种肝损伤模型,每种模型均分为空白组、模型组、联苯双酯组、鹿茸粉组。除空白组外,其余各组小鼠每日定时灌胃鹿茸粉,7天后检测其血清TP和ALB含量。结果表明,鹿茸能明显提高CCl4及APAP肝损伤小鼠血清TP和ALB的含量,调节肝脏蛋白质代谢,改善肝脏的合成贮备功能。 |

To investigate the effect of pilose antler on the function of liver protein synthesis and storage in liver-damaged mice, two models of hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and APAP were established, each consisted of blank group, model group, biphenyl dimethylester group, and pilose antler group. Except the blank group, each group of mice were administrated the pilose antler powder by gavage at the same time per day. After 7 days, the concentration of TP and ALB in blood serum wer determined. The result showed that the pilose antler powder could evidently enhance the concentration of TP and ALB in blood serum of mice in model group, positively regulate protein metabolism of mice liver, and improve its function of protein synthesis and storage. 其中hepatic injure可用liver damage替换;最后一句中model group不知对否?
