通过比较纳米氧化铜 (CuO NPs), 微米氧化铜 (CuO MPs)在两种土壤中的Cu2+溶出及其对脲酶活性影响, 结合可产生脲酶活性抑制效应的Cu2+浓度阈值, 研究了CuO NPs和CuO MPs对土壤脲酶活性的毒性效应机制. 结果表明: CuO NPs和CuO MPs的Cu2+溶出量随其浓度增加而增加, 溶出比率随浓度增加而减少, 两者在红壤中的Cu2+溶出均高于其在乌栅土中;在1~100 mg • kg-1范围内, CuO NPs对土壤脲酶活性产生了显著(p ≤0.05)或极显著(p ≤0.01)的抑制效应, 同浓度下, CuO NPs在土壤中的Cu2+溶出及其对脲酶活性的抑制效应均大于CuO MPs; 在相对低浓度 (1~10 mg • kg-1, 红壤; 1~100 mg • kg-1, 乌栅土)下, 纳米颗粒态导致了CuO NPs对土壤脲酶活性的抑制毒性, 在相对高浓度 (≥50 mg • kg-1, 红壤; ≥500 mg • kg-1, 乌栅土)下, 纳米颗粒态和溶出Cu2+共同作用引起了脲酶活性抑制;与CuO NPs 不同, CuO MPs只有通过溶出Cu2+抑制土壤脲酶活性, 其颗粒态对脲酶活性无显著影响; 值得注意的是, 在低浓度(1 mg • kg-1)下CuO NPs对土壤脲酶活性具有微米态和离子态所没有的抑制毒性, 说明其对土壤酶影响应存在特殊机理, 值得进一步深入研究.

By comparing the Cu2+ release and the effects of urease's activity of  CuO NPs and CuO MPs in two kinds of soil,combining the threshold concentration of Cu2+ which can have inhibiting action to urease's activity,we studied the mechanism of the toxic effects to soil urease's activity given by CuO NPs and CuO MPs.It showed that the Cu2+ release of CuO NPs and CuO MPs enhanced by the increasng of their concentrations, the dissolving rate was to the contrary.Both of their  Cu2+ release are higher in Udic Ferrosols than Anthrosol .In the range of 1 to 100 mg • kg-1,CuO NPs had a prominent inhibiting action to urease with p ≤0.05 and highly significant action with p ≤0.01.In the same concentration,the Cu2+ release and the effects of urease's activity of  CuO NPs was over to CuO MPs.In the relatively low concentration(1~10 mg • kg-1 in Udic Ferrosols and Anthrosol),the nanoparticle form resulted the inhibitorytoxicity of CuO NPs to urease's activity.In the relatively high concentration((≥50 mg • kg-1 in Udic Ferrosols,≥500 mg • kg-1 in Anthrosol),the synergy of nanoparticle form and  Cu2+ release produced  inhibiting action to urease's activity.Differing to CuO NPs,CuO MPs  inhibited the activity of urease only through Cu2+ release,its nanoparticle form didn't have a remarkable influence.It's wroth to learn,CuO NPs had a inhibitorytoxicity in the low concentration(1 mg • kg-1) which
the submicronin form and ionic form didn't have. That showed that there was a special mechanism for the influence of CuO NPs to soil enzyme taht's wroth to do a deep study.不知道能不能帮到你

By comparing the nano-copper oxide (CuO NPs), micron copper oxide (CuO MPs) in two soil Cu2 + dissolution and its urease activity, combined to produce urease activity inhibition effect of the Cu2 + concentration threshold of the CuO NPs and CuO MPs on soil urease activity of the toxic effect mechanism. The results show that: CuO NPs and CuO MPs of Cu2 + dissolution increased with its concentration increases, dissolution rate with the concentration decreased, both in the red in the Cu2 + dissolution was higher than its In Wushan soil; in 1 ~ 100 mg • kg-1 range, CuO NPs on soil urease activity produced a significant (p ≤ 0.05) or highly significant (p ≤ 0.01) inhibitory effect, the same concentration, CuO NPs Cu2 + in the soil dissolution and on the inhibitory effect of urease activity was higher than CuO MPs; in relatively low concentrations (1 ~ 10 mg • kg-1, red; 1 ~ 100 mg • kg-1, Wushan soil) under nano-particle states leads to CuO NPs on urease activity inhibition of toxicity, a relatively high concentration (≥ 50 mg • kg-1, red; ≥ 500 mg • kg-1, Wushan soil), the nano-particulate and dissolved Cu2 + interaction caused urease activity inhibition; and CuO NPs different, CuO MPs only through the dissolution of Cu2 + inhibition of urease activity, the particulate on urease activity had no significant effect; It is noteworthy that, in low concentration (1 mg • kg-1 ) under the CuO NPs on soil urease activity states and ionic states with micron not inhibited by the toxicity, indicating its impact on soil enzyme should exist a special mechanism, it is worth further study.
