| The overall thought for system design is to forecast the occurrence of accidents and their development trend in the future then make the corresponding react and handle. This is accomplished by real-time detection of the change of the danger information data in eco-chemical industrial park and the conduct of early-warning model built with artificial immune algorithm, together with the other aid decision making and emergency system, etc. |
