[交流] Macromolecules被拒,是否可补全数据再投?

2月8号投ma,昨天回来结果。一个审稿人拒,一个审稿人说小修。
想请教下,将第一个审稿人说的不足的地方补一下,把数据表证得漂亮点,该改的地方改一下,是否可以再投ma?
2个审稿人的意见如下:

  第二个审稿人最后一句话是否可以理解为如果再补全数据,把数据做更漂亮可以再投ma试试?

  希望有经验的虫友给些建议,万分感谢。
PS: 编辑的意见是拒绝.编辑采纳了第二个审稿人的意见.
