Macromolecules被拒，是否可补全数据再投？

2月8号投ma，昨天回来结果。一个审稿人拒，一个审稿人说小修。 想请教下，将第一个审稿人说的不足的地方补一下，把数据表证得漂亮点，该改的地方改一下，是否可以再投ma? 2个审稿人的意见如下： Reviewer(s)' Comments to Author: > Reviewer: 1 > > Recommendation: Publish as is, or with minor revisions as > noted. > > Comments: > The paper is generally interesting.
