自20世纪90年代以来，随着国家加强对基础设施建设的投入，我国交通建设事业取得了迅猛发展，我国公路隧道技术也取得了长足的进步。目前我国已经成为世界上隧道工程数量最多、最复杂、发展最快的国家之一。然而在天山地区，海拔高、温度低、岩体破碎、构造复杂、不良地质发育，在这种特殊的自然地理环境下修建高速公路隧道，在我国是第一次，没有可资借鉴的工程实例。在已建成的寒区隧道的运营状态来看很多都发生衬砌开裂、路面冒水、结冰等病害，大大弱化了隧道的使用功能，严重威胁着行车安全。高速公路隧道建设中取得的设计、施工技术经验，需要结合天山地区的情况，因地制宜，进行再研究，提出一套适用于新疆天山地区高速公路隧道修建的核心技术，本文依托于新疆G045线的赛里木湖隧道，以解决该隧道防冻问题为出发点，进行了研究。 --------------------------------------------- 给出Google翻译： Since the 20th century, 90 years, along with countries to strengthen investment in infrastructure construction, China's transportation construction industry has achieved rapid development, China's highway tunnel technology has made considerable progress.
