【求助】关于PEG-PCL

| PEG-PCL 作为两亲性高分子材料,可以做成胶束 并成为药物控释载体材料,现在看到一些文献上说PCL由于结晶性高,不利于药物控释,我就想问下,结晶性强是如何影响药物控释的!!!! |

我找到了些信息,我就不翻译了啊,一起学习了。 “.....In addition to the hydrophobic interactions between PCL and DOX, two other factors, i.e. the PCL crystallinity and hydrogen-bonding interactions between DOX and PCL, are hypothesized to affect the DLC. Higher PCL crystallinity in the micelle cores will decrease the DLC because only the amorphous PCL phase is likely to accommodate drug molecules. For semi-crystalline polymers such as PCL, higher molecular weight usually leads to higher crystallinity. Although the micelle cores constructed with longer PCL segments are generally bigger in size and may encapsulate more drug molecules, the higher PCL crystallinity may lead to less DOX-loading in the micelles. Meanwhile, the deprotonated DOX contains hydroxyl and amino groups, which may form hydrogen-bonds with the carbonyl groups of the amorphous PCL. For shorter PCL segments that have lower crystallinity, the H-bonding interactions can enhance the DOX-loading in the micelle cores.” J. of controlled release 98 (2004) 415-426 |
