Clinical Chemistry 临床化学杂志, 2006年影响因子5.454. 2005年:7.717. 临床化学（检验）专业的王牌杂志.网址:http://www.clinchem.org/,由美国临床化学协会(American Association for Clinical Chemistry)主办. http://www.aacc.org/AACC/.该杂志主要介绍一些新的实验室指标的评价,新的检测方法评价,专家评论等.月刊,我国平均每年在该杂志上发10-15篇论文,多数是中科院以及各医科大学从事分子生物学,生物化学的单位发的,纯由医院检验科发的文章较少.在编委里看了半天,没有发现一位国人,哪怕是外籍华人,看来我国检验医学的发展任重而道远. Clinica Chimica Acta 临床化学学报 网址：http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... ription#description 2007年影响因子2.601，刊登范围和临床化学杂志差不多，但是影响力不如临床化学杂志。国人在上面发的文章还是比较多的，平均每期占20％左右，可能是因为编委中有好几个是有感在国内工作的。也主要刊登一些指标的评价，检验技术的评价和一些基础医学的研究。 Clinical Biochemistry 临床生物化学，月刊 网址：http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... ription#description 加拿大临床化学家协会的官方期刊，2007年影响因子2.072。国内作者在上面发的文章较少，每期一篇左右吧。与前述两本期刊相比，该刊更侧重于对实验室指标的研究，当然也刊登一些检测方法类的文章。文章基本上都是×××（实验室指标）在×××（疾病名）中的变化，××××（实验室指标）对××××（疾病名）的诊断意义. 来源：丁香园 |
