临床化学杂志, 2006年影响因子5.454. 2005年:7.717. 临床化学（检验）专业的王牌杂志.网址:http://www.clinchem.org/,由美国临床化学协会(American Association for Clinical Chemistry)主办. http://www.aacc.org/AACC/.该杂志主要介绍一些新的实验室指标的评价,新的检测方法评价,专家评论等.月刊,我国平均每年在该杂志上发10-15篇论文,多数是中科院以及各医科大学从事分子生物学,生物化学的单位发的,纯由医院检验科发的文章较少.在编委里看了半天,没有发现一位国人,哪怕是外籍华人,看来我国检验医学的发展任重而道远.
Clinical Chemistry is the leading forum for peer-reviewed, original research on innovative practices in today s clinical laboratory. In addition to being the most cited journal in the field (over 18,000 citations in 2005), Clin Chem has the highest Impact Factor (7.717 in 2005) among journals of clinical chemistry, clinical (or anatomic) pathology, analytical chemistry, and the subspecialties, such as transfusion medicine, clinical microbiology. The journal issued monthly, publishes contributions, either experimental or theoretical, that concern basic materials or principles, analytical and molecular diagnostic techniques, instrumentation, data processing, statistical analyses of data, clinical investigations in which chemistry has played a major role, or laboratory animal studies of chemically oriented problems of human disease.

国际实验室血液学杂志
原名叫Clinical and Laboratory Haematology,07年才改名为International Journal of Laboratory Hematology,是ISLH(International Society for Laboratory Hematology)的官方期刊.,著名的血常规复片标准(俗称推片41条)就是出自该杂志.2006年影响因子0.921.主要刊登血液学实验室检查,输血方面的文章.同样郁闷的是编委里面没有中国人.该杂质现在由blackwell集团出版，去年blackwell并入wiley，国内战友想看上面的文章，得颇费一般功夫。搞临检的同行可以看一下上面的文章。

由美国临床科学家学会（The Association of Clinical Scientists）主办的刊物，季刊，主要刊登一些病理学，临床化学，生物技术，分子生物学，细胞遗传学，微生物学，免疫学，血液病学，输血医学，器官移植等方面的文章，与检验还是有一点关系的，虽然不是很密切，国内学者也时不时在上面发文章，比如，2007年第四期就有两篇国人的文章，2006年影响因子：1.227，以下是他的官方网站，上面有关于该杂志的介绍。该杂志对国人不免费。

美国微生物学会(The American Society for Microbiology ,http://www.asm.org/)的官方期刊，ASM共有十二本期刊（http://journals.asm.org/），与检验的关系都较为密切，毕竟微生物检验是检验的重要组成部分。其中个人认为Journal of Clinical Microbiology（影响因子：3.445），Clinical Microbiology Reviews（影响因子：12.643）与检验的关系最为密切。后者主要刊登一些微生物学的综述，都是邀请大牛写的，因此影响因子居高不下，相信搞微生物学检验的站友会常常光顾这些杂志。

2007年影响因子2.601，刊登范围和临床化学杂志差不多，但是影响力不如临床化学杂志。国人在上面发的文章还是比较多的，平均每期占20％左右，可能是因为编委中有好几个是有感在国内工作的。也主要刊登一些指标的评价，检验技术的评价和一些基础医学的研究。

加拿大临床化学家协会的官方期刊，2007年影响因子2.072。国内作者在上面发的文章较少，每期一篇左右吧。与前述两本期刊相比，该刊更侧重于对实验室指标的研究，当然也刊登一些检测方法类的文章。文章基本上都是×××（实验室指标）在×××（疾病名）中的变化，××××（实验室指标）对××××（疾病名）的诊断意义.
