[交流] 帮忙分析一下，我写的几句话的问题(已经修改完毕)

1. "Domoic acid usually (but not always) produced by diatoms of the genus Pseudo-nitzschia (Bates et al., 1989) when it blooms.",

2.  "Once is ingested by shellfish and filter feeding fish, domoic acid will accumulate in their edible tissue and transfer into marine mammals, seabirds or humans at last. On ingestion by humans, domoic acid contaminated shellfish may cause an intoxication syndrome known as amnesic shellfish poisoning (ASP).",

3.  "However, these methods are often specialized, expensive, cumbersome or time consuming, and therefore not always suited to determination domoic acid in complex matrices.".,

4.  "However, the development of simple and general protocols to immobilize MIP film on QCM crystal is still high demanded.",

5.  "The FT-IR spectrum of the m-MIP film was shown in supplementary materials Figure S1, which laid out more insight into the structure of the m-MIP film.",

6.  "The strong peaks at 1606 cm-1 and 1510 cm-1 are contribute to stretching vibration of C=O, while the weak peaks at 1284 cm-1 and 1343 cm-1 are contribute to CH2 scissoring vibration.",

7.  "The broad band between about 2900 cm-1 >and 3400 cm-1 may assigned to free -OH (phenolic hydroxyl) or -NH2.",

8.  "As shows in Figure 5, it is clearly apparent that the adsorption capacity of m-MIP for domoic acid and phthalic acids is different.",

9.  "We propose that the difference of affinity of m-MIP to domoic acid and phthalic acids should be attributed to the binding sites within m-MIP.",

10.  "We prepared mussel extracts and spiked it with different concentrations of domoic acid.",

11.  "In order to reuse the m-MIP QCM sensor after each determination, a short regeneration step was performed by washing with 10 mL of water containing 5 % acetic acid and 10 mL of deionized water."

12.   "The results (supplementary materials Figure S3) showed that the m-MIP QCM sensor could be used many times and maintained their adsorption capacity at an almost constant value."

你的第8句“ it is clearly apparent that ”中用apparent好像不太合适吧，clearly 与apparent 好像一个意思，二者只能选一个

第9句能不能改成 difference of affinity of m-MIP between domoic acid and phthalic ,分清楚二者比较的成分。

感谢提醒，我把句子修改为下面的样子：
"We propose that the difference of affinity of domoic acid and phthalic acids between m-MIP should be attributed to the binding sites within m-MIP."
因为亲和力的不同是指domoic acid 和 phthalic acids在m-MIP上的不同。

我觉得however和therefore好像不能在同一个句子中联合使用，所以把therefore去掉了，用and连接前后半句。
